Client: HSBC Overview: HSBC Internal Communications team started a campaign to help the bank measure compliance against the FSA's 'Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) regulation, which had an impending implementation deadline. TCF was incorporated as a key element of the bank's vision to become the Best Place to Bank, and we subsequently developed an online quiz called Best Place to Play to raise awareness and measure understanding. The quiz was re-designed to deal with a number of communications challenges, transforming it into a fast paced interactive online game and almost doubling participation rates. |
